Civic Platform

Release Note
The Switch New UI link now is always available to every staff user working within the V360 user interface. This can no longer be disabled in the Standard Choice ENABLE_80_UI. Select the link to view, learn, and use the Oxygen user interface.

Reporting now supports Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2019. On-premise customers may use SSRS 2012, 2016, 2017, or 2019.

This adds the function FN_GET_LOGO to the database, allowing quick logo addition into report queries while maintaining query integrity and eliminating the need for a call to DISTINCT.

Single sign on (SSO) support now provides external IDP authentication for third-party use with Azure AD and Okta SSO.

Accela Insights now supports 12 years of historical data for use in reports.

For the Accela Insights data model, this adds Date Dimension and Time Intelligence measures which enable you to easily run quick and accurate trend analysis calculating year-to-date, month-to-date, week-to-date running total, and year-over-year, month-over-month, and week-over-week percentage changes with a simple drag-and-drop.

Hover over any of these new measures in the data model for a pop-up description providing more details.

Note: These new measures work with specific, defined data and time measures in the data model within each of the tables and will not work with all date columns or existing fields in the model.

Other usability enhancements to Accela Insights include:

  • An Invoiced User ID field is now available in the invoice table.
  • Record Type/Type is now available in the record table.
  • Date Status is now available in the Workflow Tasks-History Table.
  • A new measure called Days Record Open is now available in the Record Table to calculate the number of days a record is open.

Citizen Access

Release Note
The new Citizen Access navigation experience is now able to switch between all available supported languages.

Accela Mobile

Release Note

Enhancements to Accela Mobile include:

  • The home screen has a new look and feel, making many items that were previously on the settings page more easily accessible—and enabling users to have more control over the contents of their job list. Features that previously required navigating to another screen, such as the upload queue for offline work and viewing inspection request comments, are now available directly from the home screen.
  • Search functionality has been integrated into the job list. This improved design allows users to work from ad hoc and saved searches using the same controls as used in an admin-configured job list.
  • The app now includes support for working across modules.
  • Performance has been enhanced by capping search results and data filters at 100 to prevent app performance degradation from high data volume. The results are ordered as newest first, based on schedule date for scheduled items such as inspections and work orders, or by creation date for records.
  • An Inspection Summary Report is now available, similar to the one in the Inspector app.
  • Field workers now have the ability to send a canned "on my way" SMS text to the person who requested an inspection for easier communication en route.
  • The upload queue for offline work is now integrated into recent items—which also includes inspections and records that have been updated, and inspections and records that have been created since the user last refreshed the job list.
